This is a highly interactive and collaborative course. The following expectations for the educator enrolled into the course:
- Professionalism – Conduct yourself in a professional manner in online discussion boards and collaborative activities.
- Participation – Actively and thoughtfully engage in the learning activities. Participate in discussion boards in a timely manner. The more you put into the course, the more you will get out of the course.
Time Requirements
This course should take about 5 hours each week. If at any time during the course you find that you are not able to dedicate that much time, let us know and we can move you to a later session.
Attendance
This is an interactive and collaborative course, so in order to get the most out of the course I expect everyone to log in at least twice per week to participate in the discussion boards (Initial response and replies). Assignments and activities for each unit should be completed by Sunday of that to keep you on pace and not get overwhelmed, but there is no penalty for turning in assignments after the due date.
