Below are the offerings for the current School Year. Please note that A=First Semester, B=Second Semester. Foundations of Personal Fitness may be taken twice for a full-year credit.
Sessions 1-5 are 7 weeks long and have a specific start and end date.
Session 12, and 34 are continuous sessions. This means a student may start and end anytime within that semester. Students may take as little as 2 weeks or as long as the entire semester to complete the course during the continuous sessions.
